Our Chef/Co-Owner, Melinda Anderson, has always enjoyed cooking and event planning. She credits her mother and grandmother for developing her skills in the art of cooking and food presentation. So when she retired from over 32 years of service as a Flight Attendant with Delta Air Lines, her friends and family suggested she turn her passion into a business. Melinda went back to school and graduated from one of the best Culinary Arts Schools in the country. She then trained for over 4 years under the watchful eyes of Executive Chef, Steve Ulibarri.
In 2006, Casual Cuisine Caterers became the new kid on the block of premier caterers in Salt Lake City. Casual Cuisine is a family owned and operated business.
